Applekings

The Applekings started the season hot on Special Teams, going 3 for 5 on the Power Play and adding a Shorthanded tally. This helped the Applekings top the Coyotes, 7-3, in their Home Opener on Saturday Night.

Georgian Bay Applekings Set for the 2025–26 Season The Georgian Bay Applekings are back on the ice and ready for another exciting season of OEHL hockey. After reaching the playoffs in their 2nd year, the Applekings are looking to take the next step — with a goal of finishing in the top three in the regular season and making a strong run into the postseason.

The Applekings improved to 5-2-1 on the season and moved into sole possession of 4th place in the OEHL after impressive win on Saturday night. 

The Applekings make 3rd period comeback to force Overtime and eventually win on the back of a Logan Blaser OT winner just 15 seconds into the extra frame. 

The Georgian Bay Applekings started the 2023-24 Inaugural Season 0-3-0 with a -16 Goal Differential. This season, they have had a strong start, going 3-2-0 with a -2 goal differential, but have come away with wins over 2 playoff teams in Creemore and Saugeen Shores.
