Season Outlook

Last season was about building a foundation. This year, it’s about results. The Applekings have set their sights high, and with strong goaltending, a deep defensive core, and plenty of offensive firepower, the team is ready to battle for a top spot in the standings.

The support from fans and the community will once again play a huge role. Beaver Valley Community Centre was a tough place for opponents to play last year, and the Applekings are counting on that same energy as they chase their playoff goals.

Be there this season. Be loud. Be part of the Applekings journey.

In 2020 Gerald’s son Scott and wife Shauna assumed operation of the business after a 6-year transition. Scott brings along a passion for lawns as a graduate from Seneca College with a Diploma in Golf Course Management, a love of the game of golf and 18 plus years working by his dad’s side. Shauna’s background in accounting plays another important role in operating the business and she has been running the office after Sandy’s retirement in 2019.
